Meet C. Wayne Mitchell, IOM

C. Wayne Mitchell, IOM, has worked with businesses and organizations for the past 30 years.

Wayne is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute Program and for 22 years served as a member of the faculty at all Institute locations including the University of Delaware; College of Charleston; UCLA; Oklahoma University; Colorado College; Notre Dame University; San Diego University; University of Arizona; University of Wisconsin; University of Georgia; Villanova University; Loyola Marymount University.

He is a past Chamber of Commerce CEO, a past Association CEO and currently manages two associations under contract. He has worked for associations on the local, state and national level.

In 1991, Wayne founded ProdComm, a company that assists organizations with grassroots programs, communications, public relations and strategic planning. Mitchell has worked with chambers and associations from Maine to California.

He is often requested as a keynote speaker and addresses a wide variety of topics including changes in volunteerism, positioning your organization/ community to compete and the impact of different generational attitudes in the workplace.

Wayne and his wife Bonnie live in Sidney, Maine.
